Duane Charles Petrovich, age 70, of Gladstone, went to his final resting place, December 18, 2018.
Duane was born June 18, 1948, in Escanaba, MI, the son of Stanley Joseph and Dorothy Marie (Lemerand) Petrovich. He was a proud member of Gladstone Sons of American Legion for 38 years. He was also a past Commander.
In addition to his loving wife of 40 years, Bonnie (Brown) Petrovich, he is also survived by:
Step Son: Chuck (Jennie) Gylock of Escanaba, MI
6 Grandchildren: Leanne, Zachary, Kevin Priebe, Ava, Cole, and Caden Gylock
3 Great Grandchildren: Lillian, Olivia Short, Jackson Priebe, and one on the way in April.
Sister: Darlene (Don) Couillard of Gladstone, MI
Step Brother: Dennis Bratonia of Gladstone, MI
2 Step Sisters: Mary Lou Lafond of Gladstone, MI
Abbie (Red) LaLonde of Gladstone, MI
And several Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins
In addition to his Parents, he is preceded in death by:

Step Brothers: Francis and Jimmy Bratonia
Favorite Aunt Bee (Joseph) Gasperich
His Four Legged Kids: Bud and Sasha
The family is respecting Duane’s wishes and no services will be held. The Skradski Family Funeral Homes of Delta County are assisting the Petrovich family.

You were the best…….cousin, who was like a brother to me. I hold on to all the wonderful times we had……from growing up together, watching “Scrooge”, all those turkey BBQs, the making of pasties together and all the laughter that we shared. Yeah, we shared tears too but always had each other’s back! You are missed already and will be held in my heart for always!
