Debrah “Debi” Micheau, age 62, of Escanaba passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at her home surrounded by her family.
Debrah was born February 18, 1954 in Detroit, the daughter of Douglas and Jennie (Cadarette) Gordanier. She was a graduate of the Escanaba Senior High School. She was united in marriage to Marvin Micheau on July 31, 1971. Debrah was a member of the New Life Assembly of God in Escanaba and enjoyed painting and ceramics.
Debrah is survived by her husband, Marvin; two sons, Marvin (Tammy) Micheau II of Lake City, MI and Jimi Micheau of Green Bay, WI; one daughter, Andi (Merle Karr) Micheau of Green Bay, WI; seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren; one brother, James (Jolene) Gordanier of Sheboygan, WI; one sister, Donna Kossow of Rock, MI and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Markki Lynn Micheau, her parents and her brother, Douglas Gordanier, Jr.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 15 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the New Life Assembly of God Church in Escanaba. Memorial services will follow at 2:00 PM at the church with Pastor Jason Janich officiating. A luncheon will be served following the services in the fellowship hall.
The Micheau family is being assisted by the Skradski Family Funeral Home in Escanaba.
