Barbara Shannon, 73, of Whispering Pines West, Powers, MI passed away Friday evening October 13, 2017 at the Pinecrest Medical Care Facility in Powers.
Barbara was born June 30, 1944 in Gladstone the daughter of Phillip and Bernadette (Roberts) Shannon.
Survivors include 4 sisters, Maxine (Harold) Wellman of Escanba, Kathy (Dennis) Wellman of Escanaba, Colleen (Mike) Balenger of Gladstone and Nancy (Derwith) Carlson of Escanaba. Many nieces and nephews also survive.
In addition to her parents, her sisters, Beverly Goodchild and Marilyn Williams and brother,es Phillip Shannon Jr. preceded Barbara in death.
Private graveside services will be held on Wednesday October 18, 2017 at the Fernwood Cemetery in Gladstone.
